Responsibilities
The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is directly responsible to the collaborating physician and is an APP prepared through a formal organized educational program which meets professional association guidelines to provide a full range of health care services including planning, organizing, coordinating and directing optimal patient care and outcome to assure quality patient care to the adult, and geriatric patient that meets regulatory requirements.
This position requires endocrinology experience, strongly preferred in endocrinology practice, and for a CRNP. Gestational diabetes experience preferred.
The location is in our Lansdale, PA office.
The hours will be Tuesday through Friday days.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in nursingrequired
- CRNP
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to listen to othersrequired.
- Demonstrated written communication skillsrequired.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skillsrequired.
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills, required.
- Ability to perform focused bedside evaluation of patients.
- Meditech EMR experience a plus, but will train.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Nurse Practitioner – Licensed, upon hire, required
- Registered Nurse in PA – Licensed, upon hire, required
- Current CPR certification, upon hire, required
